Book a viewing trip and see it for yourself

Before departure, we will find out with you which projects are most suitable for you. Based on this, we prepare a schedule to visit the locations and projects of your choice. A viewing trip usually takes 3 to 4 days, depending on the number of projects to be viewed. We take care of the reservation of flights and hotel.

We work closely with an independent, experienced law firm that defends the interests of our clients. All communication is always in your own language (Dutch, French or English).

All contracts, permits and any other legal documents are checked for you and NIE numbers are requested. If you have specific requirements regarding the inheritance or donation of your Spanish property, this can also be arranged for you.

So you don't have to do anything yourself anymore, just enjoy your new Spanish home.

Follow up of your project

Coordination and follow-up of your construction project in Spain

We have both new construction projects that have already been completed and new projects that are still under construction. If you have chosen for an apartment or house that is still under construction, a close follow-up is very important.

Thanks to our many years of experience in the sale and follow-up of new construction projects, we know very good what to look for. We are happy to give you our expert advice and tips.

On a regular basis our agents will go on site to take photos of your "own project" so that you can easily follow from home. You can always visit our office for questions and comments about your project.

Delivery and key handling

Good news! Your home or apartment is ready to be delivered.

Before you travel to Spain for the delivery and to sign the notarial deed, we already arrange a pre-inspection, so that any minor imperfections can already be corrected before your arrival.

If you are not able to travel to Spain yourself, we can organize the delivery and signing of the notarial deed for you (with power of attorney).

You receive the keys to your new home, your Spanish dream can now really begin!

Furnish your home

Guidance, advice and tips from our interior specialists

In many cases, if you have opted for a new-build property, you will still have to furnish it. Our interior specialists are happy to help you with the design of your home.

Delivery and placement is provided free of charge, so you only have to choose and enjoy it.

If you have purchased the property as an investment for rental purposes, you can also opt for one of our tailor-made packages, so that the property is immediately ready to rent out.
